Price is the listed amount including administrative fee.

●Shipping cost

We will charge you the actual expense by EMS irrespective of the purchase amount. Please bear the customs duties for your own expense.

We cannot accept the order more than 200,000yen.
We cannot sell our products to anyone for resale.

●Delivery

The delivery date is different for the destinations.

It takes approximately 7 - 15 days in general after shipping.
The schedule is subject to change depending on the social situation.
We'll let you know the tracking code for your package.

 

●Return

No product can be returned except it has a defect. Please note that the color of the handle is more or less different from the picture because of the natural material. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us.  

 

●Reservation Order

Regarding the sales by subscription, we accept reservation order. The approximate delivery date is written on the detail, so please refer to it. Please note that it takes at least two months for the delivery.

 

●Stock information

We need a bit of time to reflect the stock information to our webshop because we have run our direct shop. There are cases we cannot accept the order even if the information shows that we have a stock. In such a case we'll contact you directly.
